Cost(s):	The Trekker Camp is free to students. Leader Dogs for the Blind provides room and board and transportation for students in the continenetal United States and Canada. The students will also recieve a free Trekker GPS system.	Save to Calendar

Event Description:

Trekspedition Receive a free Trekker and enjoy camping at Bear Lake Camp! You’ll meet many other visually impaired kids and be able to enjoy spending a night in a tent and cooking marshmallows. During the day you’ll have the opportunity to trek around other cities and travel to fun and exciting destinations. Challenge Level: Moderate to Difficult Age requirement: 16-19 years old Training Period: 5.5 days Dates: Friday, July 17–Wednesday, July 22, 2009 Application Deadline: June 15, 2009 The camp size is limited to eight students, accepted on a first-come, first-choice basis.
